Quick one on MG assistants, what are the rules or do we only need him for shoulder firing? Mine WILL be carrying my ammo tins
but I didn't know if there were specific rules + I'm assuming we can also switch our minion if need be ;P

Just to let you all know, my 3rd baby is due on the 20th of May so I apologise in advance if I cancel at the last minute or have to disappear quickly halfway through the day.
Chances are it'll be OK but you never know with these things, baby might want to come out early. Hopefully baby will be coming with me to a ww2 game in some 14 years time

We will be taking lunch into the field but it can be left at fixed bases for both sides so no lugging stuff around. Lunch will be taken at the base.

I don't imagine there will be any marshals - these WW2 games being community run tend to police themselves just fine.

Each side will have player Marshalls but they are really there to keep the scenario on track not really Marshalling.
We find that our WW2 games don`t require any as the play is always top standard by all concerened.

We are looking to get there mid afternoon.
